- Credit Report as required by Minnesota Statues
- Edibility for discounts
- Coverage limits
- And your personal driving record
The insurance score we use is based on information provided by ChoicePoint , a consumer credit reporting agency. ChoicePoint can provide you with a free copy of your credit report and can answer questions about that report, but because ChoisePoint did not make this decision, Choice will not be able to answer questions about your auto insurance policy.
The Fair Credit Reporting Act gives you certain right regarding credit information about you. You have the right, under Section 611 to dispute with ChoicePoint the  accuracy or completeness of any information contained in the credit report used to rate your automobile insurance policy.
